I am now renting out my apartment in fantastic Hammarby Sjöstad because I have been offered a job abroad in New York. More pictures will be uploaded on November 24th. The generous south-facing balcony functions as an extra room from early spring to late autumn and accommodates both a lounge group, plants and barbecue. In addition, there is a large master bedroom with good storage facilities and two additional rooms that can be used as a guest room, study or children's room. The kitchen is bright and spacious with room for a large dining table, and the bathroom is fully tiled and fresh. The association has a strong environmental profile and a beautiful courtyard with cherry trees, barbecue area and sandbox. There is also a local/overnight apartment for smaller events or for guests when family and friends come to visit. From the gate, you are close to the jetties at Hammarby Sjö, nature in the Nacka reserve, the ski lifts in Hammarbybacken and the bathing areas at Sickla lake. You are also close to Sjöstaden's public transport, shops, cafes and restaurants, as well as the Sickla shopping district. From here you can easily reach the heart of Södermalm and the pulse of the big city. Excellent communications with cross-railway, bus 71 and 74 as well as a free ferry to Södermalm and a small cost to Djurgården and Stockholm city are within a few minutes' walk. Some things in the pictures such as speakers and some paintings on the walls I will take with me.
