The patio is lovely with an upcoming green park outside. The center is a short walk away and in the other direction is the entire western harbor with e.g. bathing spots and charming alleys. Here there are bicycle rooms on the ground level as well as a bicycle station to carry out easier service on your bicycle. A bookable overnight room with bathroom is also available.

The apartment is rented unfurnished with the rental period: Immediately and indefinitely (At least 1 year)

The rent includes: Heat, water, electricity grid fee (not consumption) and garbage collection.

The tenant takes out their own home insurance, and pays the cost of broadband and TV channels separately to the landlord. The tenant also pays for household electricity after consumption, separately to the landlord.

We see that the tenant does not smoke and does not have pets.
