T-centralen can be reached in about 12 minutes by metro and Södermalm is about a 25-minute walk away. The surrounding area has a wide range of restaurants, cafés and shops, including at Gullmarsplan, Globen Shopping and the growing Slakthus area. For those who appreciate green spaces, there are several parks nearby and Årsta Nature Reserve is only about a 15-minute walk away. The apartment has a well-thought-out floor plan with kitchen and living room in separate rooms, which creates a more spacious and pleasant feeling. The large walk-in closet together with good storage in the other rooms makes it easy to keep things organized. The bedroom is furnished with a 160 cm wide bed and the balcony is sunny south-facing. The rent includes internet and electricity. Personal items will be removed before renting. Kitchen utensils and crockery can remain if desired. You need to be approved by my housing association to rent. I am looking for a well-behaved tenant who wants to rent the entire period of one year.
