In the best top location in Malmö with 8-10 meters to the water and 10-15 minutes walk to Centralen and Lilla Torget. Entrance to the apartment is from a nice courtyard via the apartment's patio which is also furnished. Ceiling height in the apartment is 3.8 m, view from the living room towards the sea, entrance to the marina and the Öresund Canal. The apartment is furnished, but the furniture can be moved if desired. We have not lived in the apartment but only stayed overnight from time to time. Stove, dishwasher, washing machine are almost unused. Access to the laundry room is available and a sauna with a wonderful view from the 7th floor is also available. Guest apartment is available and can be rented if needed. Well-kept courtyard with barbecue area. Wonderful wooden deck in the yard with sun loungers towards the marina.
