Tram: 7 minutes to the central/northern city center and 4 minutes to Backaplan's large shopping center. In addition, you can roll down to Lindholmen in 5 minutes/bike or electric scooter. An extra plus is the proximity to Ramberget with its wonderful viewpoint. The rent includes everything you need: heating, water, electricity and fast broadband (300/300). I am looking for someone who wants to rent long-term for a year, with move-in at the end of February or the beginning of March. Bonus: There is also a bookable sauna available, and if approved by the association, you can rent the guest apartment for 200 SEK per night (max 3) with 4 beds for friends and family.
