Since we have had an exciting opportunity to move abroad for a few years, we are now looking for someone who wants to live in our beloved home from August/September and at least a year ahead. We are renting out our semi-detached house of 135 m2, a well-kept accommodation characterized by a nice light intake through large windows. A well-thought-out floor plan offers, among other things, a modern luxurious kitchen, a bright and spacious living room, four bedrooms, a nice family room on the upper floor. Two spacious bathrooms and a laundry room with a large entrance. At the back of the house there is a large terrace with a pergola and a terrace facing south. The location provides privacy from the living room and all bedrooms face north. In the garden, which is not particularly large, there are several perennial plants such as fruit trees, berry bushes, strawberries, wild strawberries and other plants. So we would like to see someone interested in caring for the plot. The home includes parking spaces with space for two cars, a charging box for electric cars. A detached storage building with an adjacent tool shed. We live in family-friendly Näs Focksta, which is a natural and child-friendly residential area but still close to the city. It is a rural environment with only a little over ten kilometers from the center of Uppsala. It is a stone's throw from Lake Mälaren with swimming and boating and a couple of kilometers away from Söderby golf course. Stenhagen shopping center is eight minutes by car, while in the other direction you will find Gottsunda center. There are two popular preschools in the area, Bytorgets preschool and the scenic Näsdalens preschool. A school bus runs from the area to Ramsta school. The house can be rented furnished or unfurnished. Electricity, water/heating are paid separately. Broadband and garbage collection are included as well as a community fee.
