It is a rural environment with only a little over ten kilometers from the center of Uppsala. It is a stone's throw from Lake Mälaren with swimming and boating and a couple of kilometers away from Söderby golf course. Stenhagen shopping center is eight minutes by car, while in the other direction you will find Gottsunda center. There are two popular preschools in the area, Bytorgets preschool and the scenic Näsdalens preschool. A school bus runs from the area to Ramsta school. The house can be rented furnished or unfurnished. Electricity, water/heating are paid separately. Broadband and garbage collection are included as well as a community fee.
