The house has a total of 25 sqm spread over a family room, kitchen and bathroom. There is a sleeping loft, which makes this house suitable for 1 or 2 people. The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine.

This house is rented out for a minimum of 1 year, but you can rent it for up to 2 years. Possible to rent unfurnished, but those who accept furniture have priority. The rent includes household electricity, parking, water, heating and garbage collection.
