It takes about 15 minutes by bus to the city center. Floor plan The apartment is 56.7 square meters and consists of two rooms and a separate kitchen. In addition, there is a storage room that also works great as a home office. The windows face south-southwest, which provides sun all day long, and the balcony has a view of the forest. The bathroom has a bathtub. The apartment is rented out fully furnished, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. What is included in the rent The rent includes water, hot water, heating, TV and internet. Electricity is invoiced separately with a fixed fee of 500 SEK/month. A reserved parking space is also included. The laundry room is located on the ground floor and is usually easily accessible, as most other apartments in the building have their own washing machine. We are moving to Gothenburg for work and are therefore looking for a tenant who wants to rent the apartment for at least one year.
