The apartment is rented furnished or partially furnished🛋️ The apartment is a 2:a of 54 square meters with a glazed balcony, bedroom and a bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge / freezer, stove, fan and dishwasher. There is also a dining area for 4 people next door. The balcony is west-facing, so you have sun from early morning to late afternoon. Large area in all rooms, and plenty of storage is available in several closets. In the association you also share an idyllic courtyard with seating and barbecue areas in spring / summer. From the apartment you are also close to all conceivable services. There is also access to a sauna that you can rent. In a few minutes walk you can reach Slottskogen. and in about 10-15 minutes by tram you reach Gothenburg's central station, Frölunda square. Who I am looking for as a tenant: I am very careful to find the right tenant. I am therefore looking for a quiet, orderly and reliable tenant. The tenant must also be non-smoking and animals are not allowed in the apartment. I am happy to receive recommendations from previous landlords.
