The size and layout of the apartment works perfectly for both couples and singles. The building is quiet and well insulated in terms of both sound and heat. The apartment is rented unfurnished. The rent includes Telia Tripleplay (TV and internet) but not hot water or electricity, which are instead charged according to consumption. We are renting out the home while waiting for a better market and sale - therefore it will be necessary to have viewings of the apartment towards the end of the rental period, probably the last 4-5 months.
