The apartment is located on the second floor (cannot be seen in) and is very quiet and pleasant thanks to the thick double-glazed windows. Induction stove, dishwasher and washing machine are available. The washing machine is also a dryer. Only 100 meters to e.g. Hemköp, subway (stadshagen), and gym (SATS). Bus 54 to Södermalm (hornstull) basically stops outside the apartment. Cleaning is included in the price! (Cleaners come every other week for two hours). You only need to buy cleaning products when they run out. The apartment is rented furnished, with a 160cm bed, dining table, sofa, dresser, work desk, TV (70") and many storage cabinets (see pictures). The rent includes: Broadband, basic TV, water, cleaning. On average, electricity costs 100-150 SEK/month. NOTE: The apartment is only rented to private individuals.
