We rent out our fantastic third floor apartment with a large balcony on lovely, quiet and child-friendly Kvarnholmen. Here you live at the entrance to Stockholm where you can commute to central Stockholm (Nybrokajen or Strömkajen) by SL boat in about 20 minutes and have boat connections to Djurgården in a few minutes. Bus 402 (with a stop directly below the building) takes you to Slussen in about 12 minutes. There is a school and preschool as well as a cozy community center with a well-stocked Coop store, Delselius bakery, pharmacy, health center, dentist, gym, hairdresser, tailor and a couple of restaurants (Don Felice, Deli Molinari, Crispy's and others) within 1-3 minutes walking distance. Here you can walk or cycle along the water with wonderful views towards the old town of Stockholm and Djurgården. The apartment is very fresh and has all the amenities with a large living room and fully equipped kitchen, a large bedroom and a slightly smaller bedroom as well as a large and nice bathroom. The balcony of almost 10 square meters serves as a fantastic extra room during the summer months. There is also plenty of storage in the apartment (WC and several large built-in cabinets). The apartment is located on the 3rd floor with a south-west location and has a lot of sun and light. Garage space is available in the house, but then there is an extra cost. The apartment is rented out unfurnished. We are moving abroad for an indefinite period. Flexible move-in during August.
