• Karolinska Huddinge Hospital, 20-25 minutes.
• Huddinge center and Farsta center, both of which have a good range of shops, services and restaurants.

The apartment is a 2nd of approx. 37 square meters and it is an extension of a villa, with its own entrance and balcony. The apartment consists of a bedroom, kitchen and living room in an open plan bathroom with toilet, shower and washer/dryer. Shared access to lockable passage between house-apartment where the house's electrical cabinet is located.

The apartment is rented furnished (a few pieces of furniture may be replaced than those shown in the pictures).

The rent includes: Heat, water, household electricity, internet and garbage collection. The tenant needs to take out their own home insurance (renter's insurance). Possibility to park a car on the street.
