This area is full of residential potential as there is a varied housing offering of small houses, rental apartments and condominiums, urban environment and traditional rural areas. It is close to several nature and recreation areas while at the same time it is well connected to the centre of Gothenburg from the larger residential areas.AskimIs considered one of the best areas as there are good communications and beautiful surroundings with the archipelago. There are a lot of houses in the area, and most of the apartments rented out are a part of a villa. It is a big, popular beach here that gets very crowded in the summer.Western GothenburgThis area is located just by the sea with beautifully scenery that only the west coast can offer! There are mostly houses in this area, but there are some apartment buildings as well. There are good communications to the city centre, mostly with buses but with the tram as well.Angeredare in the northern-east part of Gothenburg and has been their own urban since 2015. This is considered one of the less good areas of Gothenburg, therefor the rent may be a little less than in the rest of Gothenburg.Mölndalhas their own municipality and hospital, but are really close to Gothenburg, just 15 minutes from the city centre of Gothenburg. There are a lot of companies located in Mölndal and therefore also popular to live in.
